Insurance inspection prices

4 point and wind mitigations for existing home owners for the purpose of obtaining insurance, or lowering insurance premiums.

We highly discourage trying to use a 4 point in lieu of a full home inspection when purchasing a home. The scope of inspection, testing of systems, detailed evaluation of the property are nowhere near comparable.
